Na Baji is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for using any of Na Baji's services.

To open an account with Na Baji, the following conditions must be met:

2. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
3. Each person may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or personal details is strictly prohibited.
4. The name and identity on your account must match the name on your payment method.
5. Na Baji reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time — which may include a copy of your National ID or passport.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Na Baji will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or email. If anyone requests such information, it is a scam.

All rules and regulations regarding transactions on Na Baji are detailed below:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit ৳500.
• Deposited funds are for use on the Na Baji platform only — they do not generate investment returns or interest.
• Bank or mobile wallet details provided at the time of deposit must be accurate. Na Baji will not be liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information.
• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Islami Bank Transfer.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will be processed only via the same payment method used for the deposit (some exceptions may apply).
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, Na Baji reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the matter is verified.

Na Baji regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer carries its own specific terms; however, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified number of wagers (wagering requirement) must be completed first.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Na Baji may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus balance is not eligible for all game types — it may be restricted to certain games only.

Please keep the following rules in mind at all times when betting on Na Baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except by using the cashout feature).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Na Baji reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, all bets placed on that match will be fully refunded.
• In live betting, odds change every few seconds — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Any winnings associated with bets linked to match-fixing or result manipulation will be forfeited upon detection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Na Baji:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to manipulate or exploit the system.
• Using Na Baji for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing, deceiving, or attempting to harm other users.
• Exploiting any account vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.

Na Baji may close an account either on its own initiative or at the user's request.

Closed at User's Request

If you wish to close your Na Baji account, simply contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method (ongoing bets and bonus terms apply).

Closed by Na Baji

Na Baji may suspend or close any account at any time in cases of rule violations, suspicious activity, or security concerns. Account balances may be held pending investigation.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
